ORDERS

All orders placed with Parent Solutions LLC, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at parentsolutionsusa.com and below. All parts shall remain the property of Parent Solutions LLC until paid in full.

The most efficient method for placing orders with Parent Solutions is via the website store. Orders placed through the website will be processed within 3-5 business days and made to order. The turnaround time for fabrication varies based on materials and customizations but usually ship within 60-90 days.  Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications regarding your transaction are successful. Orders can also be placed with an email request. All orders requested via email will be sent an invoice.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties causing incorrect product pricing or shipping calculations, Parent Solutions will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order. Parent Solutions will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to website errors.

All prices, materials, design, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.
