WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

All Parent Solutions LLC brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. In the event of a possible defect in material, design, or any other defect in a part manufactured, designed or sold by Parent Solutions, the responsibility of Parent Solutions is limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the replacement/repair of the product if Parent Solutions determines the product to be defective, and subject to Parent Solutions inspection of the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not; in any event, exceed the original purchase price. Parent Solutions will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product. Shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility for warranty claims and inspections before Parent Solutions determines warranty claim findings.

Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to Parent Solutions for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected until furnished. Product must be received by Parent Solutions within 14 days of RMA's issue date. Please note that before Parent Solutions can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact parentsolutionsusa.com to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Any repairs or modifications made to Parent Solutions products, improper installation, misuse, or abuse will void the limited warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Parent Solutions. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Parent Solutions products, such as bearings, bolts, or any other non-Parent Solutions brand products. Parent Solutions, under no circumstances will be responsible for incidental and/or consequential damages, property damages, personal injury damage, or damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever.

All parts manufactured, designed, or sold by Parent Solutions must be installed by a qualified technician. Serious injury, death, and property damage can result from the misuse of this equipment. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuse.

By purchasing a Parent Solutions products or a product sold by Parent Solutions, you (1) acknowledge the above disclaimer and agree to its terms, (2) agree that any claim brought against Parent Solutions arising from and/or pertaining to or otherwise related to a product manufactured, designed, or sold by Parent Solutions must be brought in the Florida State Courts located in the County of Brevard and that Florida laws shall apply on all issues; and (3) any claim against Parent Solutions must be brought within one (1) year of purchase of the product. Parent Solutions makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
